ResQ's Next of kin team consists of more than fifty experienced and well trained professionals. Our call centre is located at Forus outside Stavanger.
The call handlers' main task in case of an emergency situation is to answer telephone calls from and provide support to next of kin in a humane and professional manner and in accordance with the requirements for such contact.
The leader of the Next of kin team is on duty 24/7.
If the Next of kin call centre needs to be manned, up to ten people will attend the telephones as soon as possible. All calls will be registered in CIM, our web-based software for integrated crisis management.
ResQ will provide a toll free 800-number for the Next of kin call centre.
