ResQ follows new guidelines from the government that apply from 9 December 2021.

All the measures are taken in all parts of society which together limits the spread of the infection. It is important to use measures that are adapted to the different situations. Infection control measures can limit the spread of infection and delay outbreaks of covid-19 among course participants and employees.

National recommendations

Recommendations apply nationally and are independent of your vaccination status. Remember that there may still be some municipalities that have stricter local measures.

Testing for symptoms

The symptoms of coronavirus are very similar to the symptoms of the flu and a common cold. It can be difficult to distinguish between what is what. Therefore, you should in any case be tested for covid-19 when you get symptoms of a respiratory infection, even if you are fully vaccinated.

Face mask

It is a national recommendation to wear a face mask on public transport, in taxis, in shops and in shopping centers where you can not keep your distance. The recommendation also applies in contact with the health and care service, for example at the GP, dentist and hospital.

Workplaces and home office

In the event of increasing infection and high pressure on the health girl test, it is recommended to use a home office.
