ResQ’s Next of Kin Call Centre offers 24/7 emergency preparedness with qualified personnel to answer telephone calls from Next of Kin during an emergency situation.

ResQ's Next of Kin team consists of more than fifty experienced and well trained professionals.
The call handlers' main task in case of an emergency situation is to answer telephone calls from and provide support to Next of Kin in a humane and professional manner and in accordance with the requirements for such contact.
The leader of the Next of Kin team is on duty 24/7.
If the Next of Kin call centre needs to be manned, up to ten people will attend the telephones as soon as possible. All calls will be logged in CIM, our web-based software for integrated crisis management.
ResQ will provide a toll free 800-number for the Next of Kin call centre.
Reception Centre for evacuated personnel and Next of Kin (SEP)
In an emergency situation, ResQ's reception team will arrive at the reception location for evacuated personnel and next of kin (heliport, hotel, hospital etc.).
ResQ has established reception teams in Stavanger, Bergen, Florø, Kristiansund, Brønnøysund, Hammerfest og Kirkenes.
ResQ has hotel agreements at the locations mentioned above. In consultation with ResQ, the hotels have established procedures according to the client's specification. In an emergency situation the hotel is prepared to handle the reception of evacuated, next of kin and the media. Each hotel has participated in a number of full-scale emergency drills and actual incidents.
